elektromechanischer Steuerung, die f\u00fcr professionelle K\u00fcchen entwickelt wurde. Die Serie umfasst Modelle von 4 x 2\/3 GN bis hin zu 10 x 1\/1 GN und bietet eine Konvektion zwischen 70 und 300 \u00b0C, zeitgesteuerten oder Dauerbetrieb sowie eine automatische Feuchtigkeitszufuhr.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1sg243e\" data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"795\">Einfache Anwendung im Arbeitsalltag<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"1046\">Das Design der Bedienelemente macht die \u00d6fen benutzerfreundlich. Temperatur, Zeit und Feuchtigkeitszufuhr lassen sich \u00fcber das elektromechanische Bedienfeld einstellen, und die Timer-Funktion kann auf bis zu 120 Minuten eingestellt werden, mit einem Signal, wenn der Garvorgang beendet ist. Die Modelle REC 051 M, REC 071 M und REC 101 M verf\u00fcgen zudem \u00fcber eine Autoreverse-Funktion, wodurch sich die Drehrichtung des Ventilators w\u00e4hrend des Garvorgangs automatisch umschaltet.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1igosdy\" data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1234\">Robuste Konstruktion<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1493\">Die Rapid REC-Modelle sind mit Heizelementen aus Edelstahl, einem Sicherheitsthermostat f\u00fcr den Garraum sowie einem thermischen Motorschutz ausgestattet. Die gr\u00f6\u00dferen Modelle verf\u00fcgen zudem \u00fcber eine herausnehmbare Innenscheibe, die die Reinigung erleichtert. Eine Innenbeleuchtung geh\u00f6rt zur Serienausstattung.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"2002\">Der Ofenraum besteht aus Edelstahl mit abgerundeten Ecken. Herausnehmbare Einschubgestelle mit Kippschutz und eine abnehmbare Schutzblech vor dem Ventilator erleichtern den Zugang bei der Reinigung und Wartung.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1y8fvrk\" data-start=\"2004\" data-end=\"2017\">Zubeh\u00f6r<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2286\">F\u00fcr Rapid REC sind Gestelle mit Einlegeb\u00f6den, Gestelle mit Gitterrost, Handbrausen und Abzugshauben erh\u00e4ltlich. F\u00fcr bestimmte Modelle sind zudem beheizbare Schr\u00e4nke als Sonderausstattung erh\u00e4ltlich. Alphatech bietet dar\u00fcber hinaus ein breites Sortiment an Backblechen, Gittern und Spezialzubeh\u00f6r f\u00fcr verschiedene Zubereitungsarten an.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2483\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Das sorgt in der Regel f\u00fcr eine deutlich bessere visuelle Ausgewogenheit, wenn die Spalten auf dem Desktop nebeneinander angezeigt werden. Ich w\u00fcrde sagen, dass sie dann in der H\u00f6he etwa 5\u201310 % voneinander entfernt sind, was nat\u00fcrlich aussieht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
