At MKAB Stork\u00f6k, we're always listening to our customers' needs, and sometimes that means bringing back an old favourite. The Wery's popular drain valve is now back in a new guise, now even better adapted for a smooth and safe workflow in the kitchen.<\/p>\n

Long-awaited feature on WERY fryers<\/h3>\n

The new (or rather familiar) drain valve has long been requested by our customers. So the Wery fryers are now being upgraded in response to customer requests. With its proven design and improved functionality, it contributes to a more efficient and hygienic oil change operation. The drain pipe provides a generous distance between the fryer and the drain pan. This reduces the risk of spillages on both the sink and the base - something that can otherwise be both time-consuming and dangerous in a busy kitchen environment. In addition, the valve is located inside the front plate. This means that the fryer oil does not need to be drained if the front plate needs to be removed for servicing - a detail that makes a difference for both technicians and kitchen staff.<\/p>\n
