Next generation of deep fryers for restaurants<\/h2>\n

This autumn it's time! Valentine presents its new range of CORE SMART fryers, developed to meet the high demands of professional kitchens worldwide. The launch will take place in conjunction with the Host international trade fair in Milan in October, and the first deliveries are expected to take place in October-November.<\/p>\n

Precision, ergonomics and smart technology<\/h2>\n

CORE SMART is the result of Swiss engineering that emphasises reliability, durability and high performance. With high-precision electronic control, 6 customisable programmes, automatic basket lift option and pump with filtration. The new SMART system analyses the cooking and adapts the process to ensure the same high quality for each preparation.<\/p>\n

Easy handling and easier maintenance<\/h2>\n

To simplify work in the kitchen, Valentine has developed several ergonomic solutions:<\/p>\n

    Capacity for all needs<\/h2>\n

    With production capacities of 19-68 kg\/h, there is a CORE SMART model for every type of professional kitchen, from small restaurants to large commercial kitchens. The range is offered in both standard and turbo versions, as well as built-in models. For offshore customers, a marine version will also be available from January 2026.<\/p>\n

    When can you order?<\/h2>\n
