14 Hiber Professional ice-cream STERILOX Removable sterilisation device, handy and easy to move around inside the chiller or on other equipment. The device acts on the whole of the inside of the chamber and on the aluminium evaporator, too. Sterilox produces ozone (O 3 ) and can also be used to sterilise other equipment: its cable attachment means that it can be placed anywhere, which maximises use of the device.
