Own support that knows our products
Our customers have access to our own, well-trained technicians who can quickly help with questions or problems. We can often resolve the situation directly by phone or email and, if necessary, we liaise with the respective manufacturer's experts to find the best solution together. We also often help end-users, i.e. restaurant staff, directly with simple problems that do not require specific technical expertise. This minimises downtime and allows the kitchen to get back to work quickly.
Own, large warehouse in Sweden
We ship both products and spare parts from our own warehouse here in Sweden. This allows you as a retailer to deliver a very high level of service to your customers and plan your workflows more efficiently. Our solution contributes to shorter interruptions and more satisfied customers, while you as a retailer get stable and predictable support for your business. This gives both you and your customer a sense of security that is valuable in everyday life. Please note that we only provide spare parts and technical support for our own brands.
