On 28-29 January, we will participate in the JRCR fair in Kista together with our sister companies Electrothermics and Molins Stainless steel. At Culina's stand M:38, we will show a selection of our products and offer an extraordinary experience. Throughout the fair, we will have a skilled chef on hand to give a live demonstration of the FRXSH, an innovative solution that opens up new creative possibilities in the kitchen.

With the FRXSH, the chef creates everything from silky smooth mousses to creamy, freshly made ice cream right on the stand. At the same time, he shares his knowledge, explains how the technology works in practice and shows how the workflow becomes both faster and more precise with the right equipment.
Visitors will have the opportunity to follow the process closely, ask questions and sample what is being made. It will be a perfect combination of inspiration, technology and flavour.

One classic and two innovations in place

We'll also be showing: WERY, our faithful servant and one of Sweden's most popular grill series, and Convotherm Mini Pro, small in size but impressively strong in performance for everything from small cafés to restaurants.
