What does the new guarantee mean?

Our extended warranty covers:

This means that as a customer, you can rest assured that we will be there if anything happens and that the product you bought is protected in the best possible way.

The extended warranty period is not only an extra security for you, but also for your customers. Whether they are restaurants, catering kitchens or other food outlets, they can rely on our equipment to live up to its promises. The new guarantee period starts immediately

The new warranty period applies to products delivered from 1 October 2025. For previous purchases, the following still apply 1 year full warranty + 1 year free spare parts.
* Exception: Milan Toast clamp grills covered by a 1-year full warranty.
